Hong Kong, Traditional & Modern

$10.00

Curated and photographed by Anne Cui

“Hong Kong’s aesthetic is one that resonates with me, as my design sensibilities can best be described as eclectic. I am as enamored with the city’s modern lines and sky high angles as much as its vintage signage and classic storefronts. Given the city’s density, many visitors are surprised by its easy accessibility to green spaces and nature. The urban environment is not only rich with gourmet cafes, Michelin star restaurants, and glossy retail stores. Temples, small tea restaurants, and traditional businesses are located between contemporary galleries and storefronts. Design and lifestyle juxtapositions are everywhere in this vibrant and inspiring metropolis. And there is always more to see…”

Format: Digital travel guide (18 places, 47 pages). You’ll receive a link to download the PDF file, optimized for mobile.

What to expect: rather than an exhaustive directory, this guide offers select points of interest and venues that have been carefully curated by Anne, Global Traveler based between San Fransisco and Hong Kong. It includes:

- a complete list of her favorite Hong Kong cafés, stores, and architectural gems;

- useful copy explaining why you should go to each spot, what’s a must-have and when is the best time to go;

- beautiful photography to give you a first glance of the places;

- an online map with all the spots so you can easily visualize them and get directions to get there.

Pathport travel guides were created for the travelers with an aesthetic sensibility, looking for the most beautiful addresses wherever they go.
